The Three Garridebs of Westchester County’s Lapel Pin

“Well, if you can lay your hands upon a Garrideb, there’s money in it.”

– The Adventure of the Three Garridebs (3GAR)

3GAR PinA few days after publishing our post about the Three Garridebs of Westchester County, we became aware that the group had earlier issued a lapel pin with a numismatic twist.

The pin features a British five pound bank note, surrounded on three sides with the story’s quote of “Well, if you can lay your hands upon a Garrideb, there’s money in it.” The bottom of the pin has the scion’s name.
