The Royal Mail’s Sherlock – Moriarty Philatelic – Numismatic Cover

On August 18, 2020, the Royal Mail is unveiling 10 postal stamps with Sherlockian themes along with several related items available for purchase. One of those is the Philatelic – Numismatic Cover that the Royal Mail calls the “Sherlock – Moriarty Cover” which is available with either a cupro-nickel or silver medal struck by the Royal Mint. This cover features the six stamps that take their themes from the BBC Sherlock television series.

The PNCs with the cupro-nickel have a limit of 7,000 while only 600 of the silver medal PNCs are available.
The PNCs with the cupro-nickel medal is available for £19.99 while the silver medal PNC retails for £99.99.
